The Role
The firm is seeking a Senior Associate level engineer with 10-15+ years of expertise in building science to join the team. This role is pivotal in helping grow the team and maintaining long-standing client relationships. The Senior Associate would be responsible for expanding the companies presence throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage building science projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor and support junior engineers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the firm.
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in building science.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Professional engineering license (P.Eng) preferred.
