Do you have expertise in the design, construction, investigation, and repair of building enclosure systems? Are you passionate about working on diverse projects and fostering client relationships? If so, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field assessments and prepare project deliverables, including proposals, reports, technical specifications, and repair details for various roofing systems.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, fees, and invoicing to ensure timely project execution.
- Interact productively with client representatives and subcontractors.
- Develop practical recommendations for clients.
- Enhance the visibility of the company's expertise through participation in professional organizations.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to company-wide objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in building enclosure systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Building Science, or related field.
- Technical expertise in building enclosure elements (facades, curtain walls, fenestrations, glazing systems, sealants, coatings, insulation, air barriers, weather barriers, cladding assemblies, roofing, waterproofing, etc.).
- Excellent technical, written, graphical, and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (RA, PE, RBEC, CBECxP).
Preferred Skills:
- Previous consulting firm experience.
- Knowledge of building science and performance evaluation.
