Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer to join our Land Development team in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering and a desire to contribute to significant projects that shape the future of our community.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and oversee land development projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including planners, architects, and other engineers.
- Prepare engineering reports, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage project budgets and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in land development engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
