The Role:
Looking for an experienced mid-level Geologist or Environmental Engineer in our Virginia Beach, VA office. This position will support CERCLA and remedial activities for federal and private clients.
Responsibilities include providing technical support for fieldwork, which encompasses sampling soil, groundwater, and sediment. Additionally, tasks involve performing and monitoring well installations. Preparing and supporting document creation, such as Work Plans, Quality Assurance Plans, and summary reports, is also essential.
Requirements:
- Degree in geology, hydrogeology, environmental engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with field investigation, environmental drilling, and report preparation
- Experience with CERCLA and remedial activities
- Basic computer skills & strong technical writing
Salary:
- $60K - $80K base salary DOE
- Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP)
- Annual & Discretionary Bonuses
