Your Expectations: As a Mechanical Designer at LVI Associates, you'll specialize in commercial projects ranging from groundbreaking new constructions to transformative renovations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design mechanical systems that meet client needs and exceed industry standards.
- Prepare construction documents and conduct comprehensive energy modeling and calculations.
- Ensure compliance with energy codes and regulations.
- Conduct field surveys to assess existing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection infrastructures.
- Engage in construction administration activities.
- Lead teams through project milestones.
Our Expectations: What we are looking for in our next Mechanical Designer:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
- Understanding of relevant codes and standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
