Grid Planning Supervisor
We are looking for a Grid Planning Supervisor, where you'll be the mastermind behind regional grid strategy. You'll oversee long-term plans, forecast how energy flows across the system, and help our client stay one step ahead of growing demand.
What You'll Do
Build models that predict how much power our communities will need.
Make sure the grid is ready for anything - heatwaves, wildfires, surprise surges, etc.
Plan and prioritize upgrades to substations and transmission lines.
Lead a small but mighty team of engineers through projects that matter.
Implement power flow studies and system analysis.
Collaborate with everyone from regulators to engineers.
Shape the future of electric infrastructure with smart, data-driven decisions.
What You Bring
A bachelor's degree in engineering (PE license or advanced degree preferred).
4+ years of experience in power systems or grid-related engineering.
At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Familiarity with power system planning, modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
