Facade Design Engineer- Project Manager
A leading facade and curtainwall solutions provider is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of large-scale facade projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of construction management and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of facade projects, from conceptual design to project closeout.
Manage design development, ensuring feasibility and buildability.
Process and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project schedules.
Coordinate between engineering, design, manufacturing, and field teams.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, architects, general contractors, and other trades.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials while maintaining budget and quality standards.
Monitor on-site installation progress and fabrication timelines.
Lead project team meetings and ensure adherence to project goals.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills required).
In-depth knowledge of curtainwall systems and facade design/construction.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Engineering or architectural background is a plus.
Familiarity with architectural materials (metal, wood, glass, stone).
