Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in expanding the company's portfolio by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the chemicals and industrial sectors. This position involves managing the entire process from project identification to contract finalization, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and client expectations. Key duties include:
- Conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities within the chemical and renewable energy industries, analyzing trends, potential clients, and project opportunities.
- Developing strategic business plans that align with both client objectives and operational goals.
- Implementing plans to secure new business, preparing and submitting competitive proposals.
- Overseeing the bidding process, ensuring technical requirements are met, and collaborating to create strong submissions.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical insights and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
- Leading contract negotiations, ensuring legal compliance, and coordinating smooth transitions to project execution teams.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in business development within industrial engineering and construction, particularly in advanced technologies.
- Demonstrated success in business development within the chemicals, renewable energy, or industrial sectors.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and the latest technological advancements.
- Proven ability to craft and execute strategic business plans that align with client and company goals.
- Experience managing the full project lifecycle from identification to contract signing, with a focus on client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Technical expertise to offer valuable insights during the bidding phase and contribute to successful proposals.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to legal compliance in contracts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Fluency in English is advantageous.
