Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead architectural designs from initial concept through project completion.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and review design documentation, including schematic designs, construction documents, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and manage construction administration to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the build.
• Ensure projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design workshops.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Contribute to the development of design concepts that align with client goals and project vision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
• Proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Architectural licensure (or working toward licensure) is preferred.
• LEED certification is a plus.
