What You'll Do:
Lead field operations for ground-up industrial construction projects, including tilt-wall, cold storage, and food-grade facilities
Oversee subcontractors, project schedules, site logistics, and safety compliance
Coordinate closely with project management and design teams
Maintain high-quality standards and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Who You Are:
6-15 years of Superintendent experience (industrial or cold storage project experience preferred)
Strong ground-up construction background (not just interior fit-outs)
Knowledge of sitework, piping, power, and major systems
Self-starter with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Comfortable working from the office daily (Kennesaw, GA) and traveling to project sites
Compensation: 💲 Salary Range: Competitive based on experience
📍 Office-Based (Kennesaw, GA) - No hybrid
