Position Overview:

  • Role: BAS Account Executive
  • Primary Focus: Serve as a liaison between the company and customers, addressing their needs and concerns.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Bidding: Estimate, bid, and sell BAS construction, service, and PM agreements.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget.
  • Training and Development: Train and advise other sales engineers and technicians.
  • Market Expansion: Contact potential customers and qualify the company as an authorized contractor.
  • Industry Representation: Attend industry meetings and events to drive sales.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a BAS sales-driven, account management position.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Personality: Outgoing, highly motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and a team player.
