Land Development Senior Project Manager

Position Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing land development projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, oversee project execution, and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
- Oversee site development design, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
- Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and permitting documents.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in business development and client management efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- PE (Professional Engineer) license required (Florida preferred or ability to obtain).
- 8+ years of experience in land development and site civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of local Orlando land development regulations and permitting processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant design software.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
