Electrical Control Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- PLC and HMI Programming: Develop, test, and implement PLC and HMI programs using Allen Bradley and Siemens platforms.
- Electrical Design: Create detailed electrical schematics and layout control panels for various industrial applications.
- System Integration: Integrate control systems with existing processes and equipment, ensuring seamless operation.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to control systems, providing technical support to clients.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of designs, programs, and system configurations.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all designs and implementations comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in programming PLCs and HMIs, specifically with Allen Bradley and Siemens platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical), and experience with control panel layout and wiring.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to client sites.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
