Position Overview: They are looking for creative and skilled designers with at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidates should excel in a collaborative and innovative office environment, possess strong judgment, and have a keen eye for detail. The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, so organizational and time management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on various project types from concept to completion
- Communicate design ideas through sketches, 3D renderings, and presentations
- Ensure designs meet building codes, sustainability standards, and client requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp/FormIt
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills
- Knowledge of architectural design, documentation, and construction technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- LEED AP credential
