Exciting Hybrid Opportunity for a HVAC Project Manager Experienced in Mechanical Construction

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Managers for a leading mechanical contractor who are looking for an opportunity to support a reputable contractor with their $125MM backlog.

We are looking for experienced individuals who are looking to progress to senior project manager in 12-18 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience managing projects ranging from $10MM - $100MM
  • Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Work alongside Assistant Project Managers & Project Engineers to ensure success project completion
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying and addressing risks and challenges.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project status and progress.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing mechanical construction projects, with a minimum of 3 years in a project management role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
