About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex infrastructure construction projects across the electrical power sectors. This leadership role involves overseeing multi-disciplinary scopes-civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical-on large-scale EPC projects.

As a key contributor, you'll work closely with senior leadership, guide major project decisions, and provide mentorship to junior project staff.


Position Overview:

This position includes full project ownership from inception to completion. You will be the primary client contact and central coordinator among internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Reporting lines may vary based on project scale and client engagement, including direct interaction with executive leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale EPC infrastructure projects, managing engineering, procurement, budgeting, safety, and construction execution

  • Define and execute project strategies to meet milestones, budgets, and client expectations

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements on project sites

  • Manage bidding processes and assist in proposal development

  • Monitor and control project financials, forecasting, and cost tracking

  • Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers assigned to your team

  • Promote collaboration across civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines

  • Provide hands-on project oversight during critical construction phases

  • Prepare detailed project status reports for internal and client-facing presentations

  • Offer feedback from the field to inform corporate business strategies


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex construction projects (high-voltage transmission or substation work preferred)

  • Familiarity with electrical system construction or design, substation, or switchyard layouts a plus

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formatting and basic formulas)

  • Experience with project management software such as Vista (Viewpoint) preferred

  • Must meet driver eligibility for job-related travel

  • Must pass standard drug testing and background checks as required by clients

  • U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship offered)
