Position: Construction Project Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join the team in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in the water and wastewater treatment sector. This role demands a strategic thinker who can oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and closing phases of construction projects for water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and lift stations.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on $30 million projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of water and wastewater treatment plant construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
