Location: Denver, CO | Hybrid Schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Experience Required: 8-10 years in multifamily and hospitality architecture
A dynamic architecture and development firm is seeking a talented Project Architect to lead multifamily projects, including impactful residential and hospitality projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and documentation efforts for multifamily, adaptive reuse, and hospitality projects.
- Oversee project phases from early concept through construction administration.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, details, and specifications.
- Ensure projects meet building codes, safety standards, and zoning regulations.
- Collaborate closely with internal development, construction, and property management teams.
- Coordinate efforts with consultants, community stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).
- 8-10 years of professional experience, with a focus on multifamily and hospitality design.
- Licensed Architect (required).
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Strong team leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $90,000-$110,000, based on experience.
