Your Role:
Lead the design, engineering, and detailing of large-scale façade systems, with a focus on high-rise commercial and residential projects in NYC.
Oversee the full technical development of curtain wall, panelized, and bespoke enclosure systems.
Coordinate with internal design, fabrication, and project teams, as well as external architects, consultants, and contractors.
Conduct performance analysis, including structural, thermal, and material studies.
Ensure all systems meet local code, performance criteria, and architectural vision.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal technical knowledge-sharing.
Represent the engineering team in meetings, design reviews, and on-site coordination.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of professional experience in façade design and engineering, with at least some on New York City-based projects.
Strong technical expertise in curtain wall systems, rainscreens, panelized facades, and unitized assemblies.
Proficiency with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, and structural analysis software.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across disciplines.
PE License preferred, EIT minimum required.
