The Role:
As a senior leader, you'll oversee and execute critical projects involving:
Parking structure rehabilitation (condition assessments, repair design, restoration strategy)
Structural forensics and diagnostics for distressed or aging concrete and steel structures
Restoration of existing buildings and infrastructure, with a focus on safety, longevity, and code compliance
Direct client engagement, proposal development, and strategic project oversight
Mentorship and technical guidance for junior engineers and project managers
Who You Are:
A licensed PE with approximately 10+ years of experience in parking garage repair, building envelope restoration, or forensic structural engineering
Expert in diagnosing structural deterioration and delivering creative, cost-effective restoration solutions
Confident leading multidisciplinary teams and interfacing with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Passionate about solving tough technical challenges in a collaborative, growth-minded environment
