Salary: $140,000-$180,000 + Bonus(s)

This general contractor is seeking a Heavy Civil Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Oversee field operations and project engineering teams.
Forecast and manage project cost reports and schedule updates.
Experience Needed:
Minimum 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction project management.
Background in projects such as earthwork, underground utilities, roadway construction, bridges, or marine infrastructure.
Experience managing public and/or DOT (WSDOT preferred) contracts.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling software (P6/MS Project), and cost control systems.
Proven leadership in managing multi-million-dollar civil projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (required).
Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification (preferred).
OSHA 30 Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout the Seattle area.
