Salary: $185,000- $215,000 + Bonus(s)

As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Manager to oversee their operations in Oregon. Position Overview
As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple project teams, ensuring project delivery excellence, and leading business development efforts throughout the region. You'll work closely with executive leadership to drive performance, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all projects in the Oregon region.
Manage and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field staff.
Drive business development efforts and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and local agencies.
Ensure safety, quality, and financial performance goals are met or exceeded.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for regional projects.
Collaborate with corporate leadership on long-term planning and market strategy.
Experience Needed
10+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction (bridges, highways, utilities, site development, etc.).
Proven track record of leading multi-million dollar public and private sector projects.
5+ years in a senior management or regional leadership role.
Experience managing multiple teams and project locations simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of regional market trends, DOT regulations, local municipalities, and permitting processes.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
PMP, CCM, or PE license highly desirable.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, P6, HCSS, MS Project).
