Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical services for various projects and support needs, offering guidance and mentoring to other team members.
- Develop and implement solutions to complex problems that require input from multiple disciplines.
- Work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate activities that impact project quality, scope, proposals, design, documentation, testing, and commissioning.
- Review and verify the work of others, ensuring accuracy through self-checking.
- Resolve routine issues using incomplete or conflicting information.
- Conduct data collection and site assessments.
- Prepare bidding documents for equipment, fabrication, and construction.
- Review production models and collaborate with support staff on project deliverables.
Requirements:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in leading and managing projects, including HVAC, control systems, plumbing, and fire protection services.
- Experience in client engagement and business development.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software.
- Ability to understand and contribute to strategies for managing relationships with various stakeholders.
- Experience in a design engineering environment.
- PE license is preferred.
