Project Manager (Water/Wastewater/Civil Construction)
A well-established, family-owned general contractor based on the South Shore of Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. With over 70 years of delivering excellence in site development, building construction, and complex public infrastructure projects, the company is committed to making a significant impact on the communities they serve.

Responsibilities
Lead construction projects from pre-construction through to closeout, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness
Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery
Manage budgets, schedules, and oversee on-site performance
Oversee diverse projects, including:
General Building Development
General Building Renovation
Parks and Recreation Projects
Athletic Facilities
Water/Wastewater Infrastructure
Specialty Construction (including unique or complex builds)

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction project management (GC or CM firm preferred)
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
Strong understanding of site development, general building, infrastructure, and specialty construction
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
