Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Building Automation Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in building automation systems and a proven track record in sales. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, develop sales strategies, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and expertise to clients, including system design, product selection, and troubleshooting.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on building automation systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in building automation sales or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC, lighting controls, and energy management solutions.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
