Superintendent
Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Water Treatment Superintendent to join their team in Fresno, California. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the construction and management of water treatment plants. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee all aspects of water treatment plant construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction of water treatment plants from inception to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in the construction of water treatment plants.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and construction techniques.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
