The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Manager to oversee the engineering execution of multiple water and wastewater projects, including advanced treatment facilities, underground conveyance systems, and carbon-neutral solutions. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing technical aspects of projects, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex municipal infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams on high-profile water and wastewater projects.

  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering staff, identifying growth and development opportunities.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with project goals.

  • Provide leadership on the design and execution of advanced water and wastewater treatment solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior engineering consulting experience, specifically with water/wastewater treatment plant upgrades and expansions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.

  • At least 10 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.

  • Professional Engineer License
  • Ability to meet pre-employment requirements, including background checks and drug screening.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

  • Travel to client sites may be required.

  • Collaborative office environment focused on technical innovation and problem-solving.
