6-7 Year Structural Engineer
We have a current opportunity for a 6-7 Year Structural Engineer on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Portland. For further information about this position please apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and analyze structural systems for a variety of projects including residential and commercial buildings.
Review and ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide technical support and solutions to project challenges.
Mentor and guide junior engineers as needed.
Prepare and review project documentation, including design calculations and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) status required.
6-7 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD)
Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
