Roadway Lead
A private sector firms with offices across the West Coast is looking for a talented individual leading roadway design projects for local municipal and Caltrans projects. This candidate will serve as a technical lead while also assisting with a marketing, business-development and growth efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- PE (Professional Engineer) licensure in California
- 10+ years of experience in Civil Engineering working on Transportation Engineering projects
- Experience with InRoads / Open-Roads / Civil 3D
- Familiarity with Bentley / Auto-Desk products
- Previous Project Management experience
- Previous leadership experience leading people and projects
Job Duties:
- Leading technical design teams on transportation projects focusing on Roadway
- Completion of work based on budgets and schedules
- Play an important part in marketing / business development efforts
- Plan checking and design quality reviews
