Basic Salary: $220,000-$270,000
About the Role: *Project Pipeline over $5 Billion USD* Seize the opportunity to lead and shape the future of data center operations in Virginia / Washington DC as the Director of QA/QC for an industry-leading data center developer. This permanent role calls for a visionary leader with a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction specific to data centers. Your strategic direction and management will drive the QA/QC processes, allowing for development and construction of world class facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Direct and oversee all aspects of QA/QC within data centers, providing strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are executed within timeframes and budgets according to QA/QC needs while meeting client specifications.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of safety and quality control during all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement QA/QC plans that align with organizational goals and technological advancements.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all components are designed and installed according to quality and operational requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare and lead QA/QC meetings to describe quality expectations to equipment vendors.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of QA/QC standards.
