What You'll Do:
Lead ground-up industrial construction projects, including tilt-wall, cold storage, and food-grade facilities
Collaborate closely with superintendents, clients, and design teams
Manage budgets, schedules, site logistics, and client relationships
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget
Who You Are:
6-15 years of Project Management experience in industrial, cold storage, or food-grade construction
Ground-up experience is required (not just interior fit-outs)
Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and hands-on approach
Self-starter with a sense of urgency and a drive to grow
Compensation: 💲 Salary Range: $110K-$160K depending on experience
📍 Office-Based (Kennesaw, GA) - No hybrid
✈️ Some travel for projects, but primarily Georgia-based
