Enterprise Sales Executive

At My Client, we're focused on building strong, trustworthy partnerships through exceptional service, clear communication, and empowerment. We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive sales and foster growth across various product lines, while enjoying a competitive salary and commission structure.

The Enterprise Sales Executive (ESE) will develop and implement strategies to grow sales, drive volume, and increase margins for new customers in the Commercial and Industrial sectors. This role will focus on building lasting relationships, expanding the customer base, and maximizing profitability. Success is measured by achieving sales quotas and securing new business accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for volume and margin.

  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.

  • Present and negotiate sales proposals with prospects and clients.

  • Develop marketing and account plans to identify opportunities and optimize client spending.

  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including executives.

  • Stay updated on My Client's products and services, providing tailored solutions for customers.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration for new clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.

  • Proven business-to-business sales experience, with a focus on customer development.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience in the petroleum industry is a plus.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and achieve targets.
