BESS Project Developer
A global renewable energy firm with a multi-gigawatt pipeline in Germany is seeking an experienced BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) Project Developer to join their team in Germany. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in developing energy storage projects, with a strong understanding of the German energy market and regulatory landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of BESS projects from concept through to execution.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Navigate regulatory requirements and engage with local authorities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in BESS or renewable energy project development.
Strong knowledge of energy storage systems and the German energy market.
Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
