Having been one of the major driving forces towards America's goal of a clean energy future for the last 25 years, our client is one of the leading clean energy companies in the U.S. Utilizing international funding and advanced technology, the company has established 16GW of clean energy projects and has a strong pipeline of 10GW across a wide range of low carbon technologies. They are looking to bring on a VP of Project Development to join their development team based out of their Braintree, MA office.
Responsibilities:
- Development of solar, wind and storage projects from inception through to NTP
- Managing cross-functional collaboration of internal teams such as engineering, finance, and external affairs as well as external consultants and stakeholders
- Conducting regular updates on project progress including budgeting and timeline tracking
Requirements:
- 8+ years of large-scale development experience across various markets
- Experience managing successful teams, seeing projects through the entire life cycle of development
- Strong financial analysis experience and skills
- Ability to work cross functionally with internal teams and external consultants
