We are currently partnering with an industry-leading client to find an experienced Senior Physical Security Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a security professional with a strong background in physical security systems, risk assessment, and strategic planning. As part of the consultancy team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing tailored security solutions for a range of clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical security assessments for clients, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
Lead the design and implementation of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, and perimeter security.
Provide strategic consultancy on security policy and procedures to enhance organizational resilience.
Work closely with clients to understand their security needs and deliver customized solutions.
Manage and oversee the installation, integration, and testing of security systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure optimal security measures.
Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing expertise and knowledge.
Develop detailed reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings and recommendations.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security consulting or related roles, including significant exposure to complex security projects.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of physical security technologies (access control, CCTV, perimeter detection), risk management, and security standards.
Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PSP (Physical Security Professional), CPP (Certified Protection Professional), or similar are highly desirable.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site assessments.
Location: Flexible, but preference for candidates based in [specific regions or cities].
