Salary Range: $120,000 to $180,00.00 Annually

About the Role:

Are you passionate about making a lasting impact through public infrastructure? We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Civil Municipal team. This is your opportunity to lead meaningful public infrastructure projects while working alongside a tight-knit team of creative, driven professionals in the Pacific Northwest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and project management of municipal water and sewer system improvements.
  • Serve as the primary contact and advisor to cities, districts, and public agencies.
  • Oversee project teams to meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Prepare technical reports and communicate with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
  • Help shape community infrastructure throughout Washington and Oregon.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • PE license.
  • 10+ years of relevant utility or public infrastructure experience.
  • Proven project management and client relationship skills.
  • Strong background in stormwater, transportation, and utility design.
  • Experience with TESC, grading, water/sewer system design, and site improvements.

  • Clear, confident communication skills.
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental impact.
  • Familiarity with Northwest regulations and permitting processes.
