What You'll Do:
Design and develop HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for commercial, educational, municipal, and industrial buildings
Perform system calculations, equipment selections, and layout design using industry-standard tools and software
Collaborate closely with in-house electrical and structural teams, as well as external architects and clients
Conduct field investigations, site visits, and construction administration support
Help ensure code compliance, energy efficiency, and best practices in every project

What We're Looking For:
3-10 years of mechanical engineering experience (PE license is a plus, but not required)
Proficiency in HVAC and plumbing design, AutoCAD and/or Revit experience preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
A genuine interest in contributing to a supportive, technically strong team
