Summary: A regional, multi-million-dollar consulting firm is seeking a driven and technical Civil Engineering Project Manager to join their transportation team in Chicago. You will play a key role in designing and executing the organization's existing project backlog. Additionally, you will be supported by a team of industry experts and company leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage roadway and highway projects
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure project milestones are met
- Ensure projects meet design plans and expectations
- Collaborate with team members to foster a productive and positive work environment
- Assist junior-level engineers with guidance and support
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in roadway and highway projects
- Technical proficiency in MicroStation, InRoads, and OpenRoads
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Illinois
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
