Bridge Lead
Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bridge Lead to join our team near Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of bridge and structural engineering projects, contributing to the design, analysis, and inspection of bridge structures. In this role you will have the chance to work with the Minnesota DOT, county, municipal etc projects with quite a few years worth of backlog.
Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis and design for bridge projects.
- Conduct field inspections and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop project plans and specifications.
- Utilize engineering software and tools to create design models and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- PE licensed in Minnesota
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and bridge design practices.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and structural analysis programs.
- Experience with mentorship and leading projects
