We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee cash management activities, execute payments to contractors and financial institutions, manage daily banking operations, and support the accounting team and treasury manager in achieving departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate daily banking and cash management operations, including remittance records, check applications, and account reconciliations.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and treasury procedures related to cash management.

  • Prepare transaction documents to initiate processes and meet regulatory requirements, particularly those of the Central Bank of Taiwan.

  • Collaborate with banks to prepare necessary documents for payments, facility drawdowns, and repayments.

  • Manage bank account administration, including KYC processes, authorized signatories, account setup, and e-banking management.

  • Generate monthly reports to accurately track financial information, including bond and credit maintenance.

  • Prepare reports and documents related to facility usage, balance positions, applications, renewals, and modifications.

  • Collaborate effectively with other departments, finance teams, and banking partners to support business cash flow needs while ensuring compliance and risk management.

  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Payment Execution and Management:

  • Cash Management:

    • Prepare timely cash balance statements for each account.

    • Consolidate cash positions and analyze receivables and payables.

    • Archive bank-related documents for internal and external control purposes.

    • Conduct monthly inventory of cheques.

    • Update contact information for counterparties and manage bank-related pledges, hedging, and other limit conditions.

  • Daily Operations / Documentation:

    • Consolidate and prepare remittance cash positions for signature and reference.

    • Monitor unpaid cash positions against market risk metrics and collaborate with treasury functions and risk control to address potential limit exceedances.

    • Adjust accounts payable or delay payments if construction spending deviates from forecasted cash movements.

    • Coordinate spot trade documentation with treasury and banks from pre-trade discussions through execution and completion.

  • Reporting and Compliance:

    • Manage cross-time zone timeliness issues.

    • Implement monthly monitoring to track actual versus forecasted spending on EPCI contracts.

    • Create high-quality presentations and reports summarizing portfolio performance for the Management Committee.

    • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and coordinate with regulatory authorities as necessary.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in corporate or bank finance and treasury functions.

  • Self-motivated with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn.

  • Detail-oriented and a strong team player.

  • Ability to work independently with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin (native level) and effective communication in English.

  • Familiarity with daily treasury payment operations in EPC project teams is a plus.

  • Experience with hedging settlements or willingness to learn relevant procedures is advantageous
