Job Title: Senior Medical Equipment Planner

Salary: $130k - $145k

Location: California (On-site a few times a week)

Primary Responsibilities: As a Senior Medical Equipment Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, procurement, and implementation of medical equipment for healthcare projects. Your primary duties will include:

  • Leading the medical equipment planning process for various healthcare facilities.

  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals to develop equipment specifications and layouts.

  • Conducting equipment assessments and recommending appropriate upgrades or replacements.

  • Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for the purchase of medical equipment.

  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project timelines.

  • Participating in client meetings and presentations to discuss equipment planning strategies and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical equipment planning for a consultancy or healthcare system.

  • Proven experience leading a team or managing projects.

  • Strong understanding of medical equipment standards, regulations, and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to work on-site in California.
