Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager - Controls to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing control systems projects, with a focus on ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage control systems projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in control systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of control systems and related technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in the electrical and controls industry.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
