Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager - Controls to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing control systems projects, with a focus on ensuring successful project delivery from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage control systems projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in control systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of control systems and related technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
