Job Title: MEP Project Manager
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join one of our develop clients in Raleigh, NC. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site, providing a balanced work environment. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the MEP space and hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience in healthcare projects, specifically hospitals, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage MEP projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience within the MEP industry - design and/or project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
- Experience in healthcare projects, specifically hospitals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- PMP certification is a plus.
