We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects valued at over $25 million. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to oversee all aspects of the construction process from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures as necessary.
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring team members are motivated and aligned with project goals.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
