Position Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of MEP systems within our large-scale construction projects. You will collaborate closely with our project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all MEP aspects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of MEP projects from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
Monitor project progress and performance against established milestones and objectives.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Proactively identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges related to MEP systems.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and address concerns.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP project management within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction techniques, and building codes.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
