This role will manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring that projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment infrastructure, construction management, and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and construction phases of water treatment projects.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement of materials and resources.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental standards.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and address concerns.
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure the project site is adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing water treatment or related construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment systems, construction processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
