Job Title: Water/Wastewater Project Engineer

They are on the lookout for a seasoned and dynamic Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to join their team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of working on complex water and wastewater projects from beginning to end, demonstrating exceptional teamwork, technical, and design expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical and design services for water infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater treatment, water distribution, and wastewater collection/pumping.
- Perform preliminary and final engineering assessments, create detailed reports, design drawings, technical specifications, and obtain necessary permits for municipal engineering projects.
- Work collaboratively as part of a project team.
- Handle multiple tasks on various concurrent projects, ensuring completion within the allocated timeframe and budget constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering.
- Proven experience in working on and completing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong technical and design skills and relevant experience.
