Role: Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater
Location: Indiana (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 + (PTO, Bonus, 401K...)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years of technical experience leading the design of large-scale municipal/public works projects, including drinking/freshwater treatment facilities & distribution systems, wastewater collection/treatment plants & conveyance systems, pump stations, lift stations, and storage facilities.
- US Citizen - H1B Sponsorship is not available.
- PE License in the state of Indiana or the ability to obtain one.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex water/wastewater infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in coordination with clients.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, including design engineers and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, including environmental standards.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers to enhance their technical capabilities.
