Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years' experience as an engineer
- Previous management/leadership experience required

- The ability to motivate teams toward common goals
- Superb communication skills both written & verbal
Technical Proficiency:
- Knowledgeable about water treatment systems
- Familiarity with all aspects involved within WATER TREATMENT from design through installation process.
- Proven track record working on large-scale projects involving complex machinery/equipment
Location Specific Expertise:
- Prior experience managing operations related specifically to North Carolina region would be beneficial however not essential
