Position Overview: As a Water/Wastewater Project Manager, you'll lead the charge in managing a diverse range of water and wastewater projects. From treatment plant upgrades to distribution system improvements, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, clean, and efficient water management solutions for our city.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulators to achieve project goals.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance and excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and engineering evaluations.
- Prepare and review engineering documentation, reports, and presentations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field; Master's degree a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, including project management.
- Proficiency in industry software and design tools (AutoCAD, WaterCAD, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing project scopes.
